I am currently a master's student in the technical communication program at Texas Tech University, concentrating on assessment practices in composition and rhetorical ecologies that include organizations, customers, and creative employees. After 13 years as a professional writer, editor, and content manager, I have returned to school with a firm commitment to teaching and the pursuit of rigorous research with a qualitative, humanistic bent.
